This is a layout for Kirsti's quote challenge at TBSS last week. The challenge was to use a line or a verse from a song. This song was playing right here on my blog and it suited the pic of our brand new puppy (my christmas present).

Thanks for coming in....xxx

This LO was for Kath's sketch challenge last week at TBSS. It took on a life of it's own so not sure if it resembles Kath's sketch anymore.....LOL. I have included Kath's original sketch underneath.
These are pics from my kids first visit to the snow!

Thanks for looking....xxx

Thanks for being here. Hope everyone is enjoying their holidays...

This was a digi I did for Nat's challenge at TBSS. She gave us the freedom to do whatever we wanted so long as we had fun! Being Christmas it was easier for me to do a digi that I could work on for 5 minutes here and there!....LOL

This is me when I was about 14 months old. Cute hey.....LOL
I used elements from Joanne Bain & Ann-Marie

Thanks for popping in.......see you soon

I have totally run out of blogs to pass this award on to, but my New Years resolution (well one of them) is to catch up on some blogs that I promised to go back to!

Woohoo!
Who's excited. Just 2 more sleeps 'til Christmas.

On the scrappin' front I managed to squeeze out a 5 minute LO today. And yes it literally took me 5 minutes (ok maybe 10). The paint took longer to dry!........LOL

Christmas With A Twist!

This LO was done for Nat's challenge at TBSS. We had to use Christmas PP's, but no snowflakes or christmas trees and a non-christmas photo.

So here is my take on her challenge.

Thanks for looking....

Getting Crafty

I had so much fun creating this layout. It reminded me how much I love getting crafty and creating. The raffia on this layout was a bit tricky to work with but I think it was well worth the effort! I incorporated Kirsti's quote challenge at TBSS into this layout and the quote was provided by the lovely Ann-Marie.

Thanks for stopping by xxx......

Another Gorgeous Blog Award!

I had a very nice suprise this morning to see I had been awarded a "Your Blog Is Fabulous" award from the beautiful Nat at Nat's Creative Chaos. You should check her blog out if you haven't already! It's grown into something really fabulous. So thank you gorgeous...

for the award:
1.You have to pass it on to 5 other fabulous blogs
.2.You have to list 5 of your fabulous addictions.
3.On your post of receiving this award, make sure you include the person that gave you the award and link back to their blog.

So here are my five fab addictions (and it was tough to knock it down to just 5!)....LOL

1. COFFEE - OMG just the thought of going without coffee almost does my head in!

2. CHOCOLATE - Now this seems like a no brainer but up until recently I could take it or leave it. Now I just gotta HAVE it!

3. MY CAMERA - I adore my camera. Photos are like a life line to me.

4. BLOG HOPPING - Can't help myself lately. Have to go check out wjat everyone else is doing. Maybe it's a bit of a stalker thing....LOL

5. MY FAMILY - I crave family contact. My kids, my husband, my Mum, sister, brothers, aunts and cousins. Need regular contact.

And in no particular order, here are the five blogs I would like to pass this award onto:

Mandy - Such a talented scrapper and without a doubt an almost saint with 6 kids!

Ann-Marie - An extremely talented digi scrapper who paper scraps with a push as well!

Kath - Another one of the talented design team at TBSS.

Janine - A beautiful lady who does some beautiful scrapping.

Vicki - I love how Vicki's work has grown so much.

Enjoy!
You are all FABULOUS...

Doublin' Up

I seem to do this a lot lately but I have created this layout for two challenges at TBSS.
The first challenge was Kath's sketch challenge and I also managed to get Kirsti's quote challenge in there as well (I did add some to it though!).....LOL
I have included Kath's original sketch underneath as well.....

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my work......ciao

A Tale of Addiction

My random challenge this week at TBSS was to scrap with the products you love. Well I have a habit of buying way too much stuff at anytime but I opened up my stash cupboard and all my alpha literally fell out! I have heaps and heaps of alpha, chipboard, stickers, rub-on, thickers, in every imaginable colour, size and type! Way, way too many and yet I never seem to have enough of them.....LOL

So this is my LO dedicated to my overabundance of alpha. I have used some random chipboard alpha to embellish the LO and play on the whole book, words theme.

This is my little "Book Worm" Kiahna. She loves reading. (gets it from me!)

I was cleaning up some old photos the other day and it turned into a digi layout!....LOL
I used the gorgeous Grandma's Xmas Kit from Shabby Miss Jenn and some elements from Tara Dunstan.
So here is little me meeting Santa!

Oops!

Be patient with me everyone!
My blog is getting a major make-over so you might notice things changing a little bit.
Oh and please don't be suprised if it disappears altogether. I'm not really sure what I'm doing!.....LOL

Negative Space Challenge

Nat's challenge this week at TBSS was to create a negative space Christmas LO. The layout also had to include orange buttons and/or ribbon, paint and circles.

I had a lot of fun with this challenge so thanks Nat!

I used the gorgeous SEI Glitzmas papers, alpha and a sticker for this layout, as well as some Kaiser pearls and I sponged some circles with acrylic paint and finished off with some doodling...

Thanks for looking!

I used the gorgeous Grammyleigh kit from Tara Dunstan
Ribbon frame by Vendula Sediva aka Natali

Thanks for stopping by. Hugs.......

A Few Challenges Completed

Kirsti's challenge last week at TBSS was to create a Heritage Layout. I couldn't resist scrapping this photo of my Poppy on the rocking horse his Dad made for him. My Great-grandfather actually made three of these rocking horses, one for each of his sons. The rocking horse is still in the family too so it's a lovely piece of family history....

This layout was for my Random Challenge last week at TBSS.
The colour challenge was PINK & ORANGE
Snapped this photo of Brett & Kiahna the day we put the Christmas tree up!.......LOL

The last layout is for my Random Challenge this week at TBSS.
My very spunky Brady boy.....

Thanks for checking my work out. See you soon......

WOO HOO!

Yippee!

Lookie at what I was awarded. I feel special now....LOL

Thanks Nat

"The Glitzmas House"

I had a lot of fun making this little house. So much fun that I think I would like to make another one....LOL

I used the SEI Glitzmas range of PP's and a Doodlebug Design Chipboard House Template.
