I love the work of Ingvild Bolme and am constantly inspired by her work so when I got this chocolate box, I knew immediately I wanted to re-create one of her projects. This months OTP challenge at Ready, Set, Scrap! was the perfect opportunity to finally have a play with it.
Here is a "before" pic of t
he box:

Here is the details of Janine's OTP Challenge for August:

For this month's OTP challenge Janine would like you to create an item in:
Shabby Chic Style
Janine would also like to see you :
Lace and at least 2 chipboard elements

So I cheated a little bit and replaced the lace with tulle instead...
Here is my take on the
challenge:

Inside Lid Of Box:

Products Used: October Afternoon PP : Basic Grey PP : My Minds Eye PP : Hinge : Magnet : Paint : Tulle : Raffia : Prima Fleur Vines - Aster : Paper String : Kaiser Pearls : Kaiser Flowers : Prima Say It In Crystals : ? Chipboard Letters : Pink Paislee Fashion Script Alpha Stickers : Versa Color Ink

Now I got bored while I was waiting for glue to dry....LOL. So I grabbed a freebie magnet from our local MP (you know the ones th
at you get in your letter box all the time) and altered it to look a lot prettier.

Products Used: DCWV PP : Raffia : Craft Roses : Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint : My2Angels Bling Square : Basic Grey Alpha Stickers : Beaded Ribbon

I hope everyone has had a brilliant weekend!
